Tour Policy, Terms & Conditions
All tours are on a first come, first serve basis. Most tours will be limited to a single coach.
You may reserve your seat by fax, mail, email, or by calling our office. A deposit will be due within seven days to confirm your reservation. Payment methods include cash (in person only) checks, money orders). Remaining payments will be due according to schedule found on tour itineraries. .
If you cancel your reservation 30 days or more prior to departure date, the payments already made will be happily refunded in full. If cancelation occurs 29 days or closer to departure date, a percentage of payments will be kept. The percentage will be based upon amount already in commitment for shows, meals or accommodations. If canceling becomes necessary, you may find someone to take your place.
If you do not show up for a scheduled tour, there will be no refund. All tours are based on a minimum number of passengers. If the tour is canceled due to lack of interest, you will be notified and full payment returned.
There are no reserved seats.
We strive to make your tour as pleasant as possible. If you have any questions, please call our office from 9:00am - 5:00pm on Monday - Friday.
Other tours may be added during the year, or yours may be canceled if there is insufficient interest in them. If you want to go on a tour, call us as soon as possible; please do not wait till the last minute to sign up. We will cancel two weeks before departure if there is insufficient interest. |
